A US mobile proxy is a 4G/5G modem with a T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon SIM that lends its carrier IP to your traffic. Dedicated means the modem serves one customer: no other proxy user sends traffic through your port. Use your port from several of your own devices and tools at the same time; bandwidth is shared between them. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
Proxy (data) access only: no SMS, no calls, and no direct access to the SIM card or the device. You reach the port with a host, a port number and your own credentials, like any other proxy.

In every plan: Carriers (US): T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon · Data: Unlimited on a dedicated port, under fair use · IP rotation: Link or API; timer on 7-day and 30-day ports
It depends on your monthly volume. At $1.50/GB, 30 GB of rotating mobile traffic costs the same as one 30-day port, $45. Heavier use favors the port; light or irregular use favors per-GB traffic, which never expires.
The two products also differ in control. A port gives you one carrier of your choice and decides when the IP changes. The rotating pool picks a new US mobile IP per connection, or holds one in a sticky session. Rotating mobile (per GB): country-level targeting on every plan.
