Quick answer

Who runs Lodestate, and what does it sell?

Lodestate is a US proxy service operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). It sells residential proxies in all 50 states and D.C. from $0.52/GB and dedicated T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon 5G ports from $3.75/day (November 2026). No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Payment is in crypto only.

What is Lodestate?

Lodestate is a US proxy provider: residential IPs in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. with state, city, ZIP code and ASN targeting, and dedicated T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon 4G/5G mobile ports. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Paid in crypto.

Lodestate resells IP capacity from upstream partner networks and runs everything around it: accounts, crypto billing, the proxy gateway, support and abuse handling. It is built for one market, the United States, with a page for each state and for 30 large cities.

Who operates Lodestate?

The company behind Lodestate is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. The same company is named as the operator in the terms of service and the privacy policy.

Lodestate publishes no team bios, reviews, star ratings or customer counts. It shows what a reader can check for themselves instead: prices, policies and dated sources.

What does Lodestate sell?

Three products make up the Lodestate catalog, each paid in crypto:

  • Residential proxies, billed per GB: $1.50 for 1 GB, falling to $0.52/GB at 1 TB. Country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies.
  • Dedicated 4G/5G carrier ports, billed by time: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, at $3.75 a day, $15 a week or $45 per 30 days.
  • Rotating mobile traffic, billed per GB: starting at $1.50/GB.

Lodestate publishes 81 US location pages: 51 for the states and D.C., and 30 for large cities. Its US catalog holds 15 plans: seven residential sizes, three port lengths and five rotating mobile sizes. Every price is on how much do US proxies cost at Lodestate.

Where does Lodestate get its US IPs?

Lodestate gets its IPs from upstream partner networks and runs no home devices of its own. We resell residential and mobile IPs from established upstream partner networks. Our upstream provider confirms that device owners opt in and can opt out, and that its supply does not come from seized or disrupted networks such as NetNut or IPIDEA.

Lodestate cannot inspect every device behind every IP, and it says so. The partner rules, and the limits of its own checks, are set out in where do Lodestate's US IPs come from.

What rules apply to every Lodestate account?

Four rules hold for every account, from the first 1 GB plan to the largest:

  • Identity: none asked. No ID, no selfie, no documents; Account-number login; email is optional.
  • Money: crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC), with $25 as the smallest top-up. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
  • Off-limits sites: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587.
  • Misuse: Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension; write to [email protected].

At Lodestate, no KYC removes the paperwork, not the rules: the blocked targets and the abuse desk cover every plan. Allowed and banned uses are listed in what does the Acceptable Use Policy allow. What is logged, and for how long, is in what data does Lodestate keep.

How does Lodestate date its prices and sources?

Every price on Lodestate carries a date. Our own prices are those of November 2026. Competitor prices carry the day they were read, 29 October 2026, and link to the seller's own page.

That check covered 20 US proxy providers; 12 of them accepted crypto. A price claim on this site always names the other seller and the date. The full data set is in what do US proxies cost across 20 providers.

How can I contact Lodestate?

Support works by email at [email protected]: Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. Abuse reports have their own address, [email protected]. There is no phone line and no official social media account. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.
